that’s just a side effect of being me. I have this thing where I literally don’t express anger towards anyone.. I feel like its mean, like I can’t be that person. So I don’t, and then it builds up until I have a total meltdown. I’m either high or rock bottom, basically, and I need to learn to be more expressive.
